Synopsis:
One of the most intricate parts of the body, the hand... Because of it's complexity, there exists a specialty of surgery just for them. Isshin Tezuka is one of them at Ourando Hospital. He may have an aloof and mysterious appearance, but a certain thing is he's very good at his job.
